Your mission:

Are you passionate about procurement and seeking an opportunity to make an impact in the pharmaceutical production industry? Look no further! As a Buyer at STADA Turda, you'll play a pivotal role in the operational execution of purchasing activities, ensuring the seamless flow of materials for our Packaging Center. Your responsibilities will include managing purchase requisitions, placing orders, and utilizing ERP systems to drive efficiency. You'll be the designated super user for internal ERPs, utilizing analytics to inform decision-making and conducting market analysis to optimize supplier selection and negotiate prices. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, you'll define purchasing requirements and work towards reducing costs while upholding quality standards. Your role will also involve risk management, supplier relationship management, and adherence to procurement procedures and legal regulations.

 

Your background:

  • Experience: With at least 3+ years of experience in procurement or similar roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical production industry, you bring a wealth of knowledge to the table.
  • Skills: Your excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are your strengths, complemented by your ability to manage commodities effectively. You thrive in a dynamic environment, embracing a startup mindset with energy and flexibility.
  • Education: A university degree in Economics, Engineering, or equivalent is required.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in oral and written English is essential for effective communication within our global team.
  • IT Systems: Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP, along with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook, is necessary for success in this role.
  • Other: A valid driving license is required.
