Quality Assurance Administrator

Site Based -  Preston, Lancashire, PR4 2DQ

Monday - Friday - 8:30 am to 5 pm

We are recruiting a Quality Assurance Administrator to work closely alongside our QA Officer and Site Quality Head to ensure that all Quality documentation is up to date and distributed accordingly.

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Management of controlled documentation e.g., SOPs, Work instructions, Forms, Policies
  • Develop procedures so that they are standardized
  • Ensure that all documents are up to date, maintaining applicable registers
  • Scanning of documentation
  • Train employees on how to use and access documents
  • Conduct company audits to ensure documents are used and completed correctly
  • Document Change control – track and maintain document amendments to ensure that changes are processed to high standard
  • Manage and maintain the electronic/manual filling of paperwork by the staff and operatives
  • CAPA – Track and maintain documents relating to corrective and preventative actions
  • Attend monthly and weekly meetings as required e.g., Quality council
  • Work closely with all staff on site and especially production staff to ensure a good quality culture and openness
  • To provide support to the daily operation staff regarding quality decisions
  • Deputy and support for other QA Officer in case of holidays or sick leave
